While he is a strong negotiator and advocate for his clients, he knows everyone loses if reasonable middle ground can’t be found. He effectively removes emotion from the process and helps both parties find options they can move forward with.
Ralph’s extensive background in Information Technology and business process improvement gives him an edge in real estate that few Realtors have. He has developed proven marketing strategies that leverage technology to sell properties quicker and for more. Social Media, specialized web sites, email, messaging and direct mail are all utilized to create the highest level of interest day one. Ralph has also developed automated processes that allow the team to seamlessly support clients, drawing on each member’s areas of strength for best results.
Ralph Osburn came to real estate from a 30-year career in Information Technology directing high-performance teams in delivering quality, leading-edge services and solutions to thousands of stakeholders in divers roles. Ralph saw real estate as an opportunity to apply his leadership and business experience in an entrepreneurial endeavor with his wife, Roberta who was already a Broker in Oregon. Real estate is their chosen vocation that is a perfect fit with their converged personal, spiritual and professional goals that focus on serving others. In 2013 they made the move by forming The Osburn Group real estate team.
When he’s not working for his clients, Ralph likes getting his hands dirty remodeling homes and working on car projects with his adult son. “It’s important to me that I stay grounded to physical accomplishments. Seeing the physical outcome of hard work with my hands brings balance to my life and career.” These ‘hobbies’ have given Ralph an extensive background in home construction that provide his clients a large advantage when preparing to sale a home or negotiating repairs. Ralph is also a volunteer member of the Yamhill County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).

Roberta has lived in Yamhill County Oregon since 1992 and has been a Realtor since 2010. Having successfully run her own professional childcare in the 90’s, she chose to start a new career in real estate given her desire to serve others in a meaningful way.
